Thirteen Abergele Harriers joined 300 runners to compete in the 5th round of the Borders Road Running League held in Mold over a hilly 5.1 mile course.
Richard Wilyman led the team home in a fantastic 29m 24s for 19th overall, his highest Border League position to date. Rob Armstrong finished 62nd with Mark Mayers running 33m 54s for 107th. Andrew Mercer ran 34m 30s for 116th just ahead of Andy Simpson finishing in 34m 40s for 118th and Jeni Richards crossing the line in 34m 52s for 125th. Paul Thomas finished 149th followed by Carol Willgoose running 36m 52s for 159th. Tom Bancroft ran 37m 43s for 190th with Rachel Shipley finishing in 39m 33s for 217th. Paula Maguire crossed the line in 43m for 258th, with John Essary running 45m 02s for 274th and Graham Arden completing the line up in 283rd.
