Saturday, 19^th October was the second Cross Country of the season from Fox Hill in Colwyn Bay, compared to the first race, this was mud glorious mud, the rain was beating down making the steep climbs as task up and thundering pace down hill, remarked as terrifying but a great afternoon of cross country. Abergele Harriers had 6 runners, in the Senior Men’s race: 116^th Simon Bonfield 49:21; 121^st James Salt 50:03. Senior Women’s race: 18^th Julie Owens 26:15; 62^nd Lora Roberts 29:55; 113^th Chris Birch 34:59 2^nd V70. Men over 65 Race: 9^th Grahame Shone 32:18.
