Teams: Male, 1^st Four to count. Female, 1^st Four to count. Club Vests must be worn.

£50 Vouchers and trophies to first male and female runners.
Entries on the day will be eligible for prizes.

Not suitable for wheelchairs because of hills on course.

Personal stereos are not permitted to be worn by competitors during the race.
