At the AGM of the North Wales Cross Country League on Friday 4^th April the following points of interest to members were decided;

1) League dates for next season;

Colwyn Bay 27/9/2008

Telford 11/10/2008

Bangor 22/11/2008

Wrexham 17/1/2009

Oswestry 7/2/2009

2) Other important dates;

North Wales Championships 31/1/2009 (? Northop)

British Masters 21/3/2009 (Ruthin)

3) Number of Ladies to count in a race;

It was decided that for a “trial” of one year the number of ladies to “count” for first division clubs (we have just been promoted to that division) will rise from 3 to 4, but still only 3 in the second division (as per Border League). I feel this will actually help our club to possibly survive in the top division as we always have more than 4 out and some of the so called “bigger” clubs often struggle to get more than three.

4) First Claim only;

The League will remain a “first claim only” league.
